Re: ODMA Annual General Meeting for 2022
Please find enclosed the notice of meeting for the ODMA AGM to be held Wednesday 19 October at 1.15pm EST. (light lunch from 12.30pm).
Members are invited to attend either in person at the Park View Room, Level 2, Pullman Sydney Hyde Park, 36 College Street, Sydney
Those attending in person are welcome to join the ODMA Board from 12.30pm for a light lunch prior to the AGM commencement. A discounted parking rate of $30 has been negotiated (enter car park via Francis St).

For planning purposes, should you wish to join the AGM, please RSVP via return email to amanda@odma.com.au stating if you will join the AGM in person (along with any special dietary requirements) or if you plan to join via Zoom.
A printed version of this notice and attachments has also been posted to all ODMA member contacts.
If you will be unable to attend the meeting and wish to appoint a proxy or duly authorised representative (refer to the Constitution Item 31 here), please use the Notice of Proxy form (link below). Please note that this form must be lodged either with our auditors BDJ Accountants or at the ODMA Secretariat 48 hours prior to the meeting.
As there was an election in 2021 and board tenure is two years, there will be no election vote conducted this year.
The AGM is an opportunity to catch up with ODMA’s activities over this last year and to network with colleagues so please consider attending.
