WHAT TIMES CAN I VISIT?
Friday 5 August, 10:00am - 7:00pm

Entry via Halls 1 and 2, Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour.

Optical industry practitioners, optical and sunglass retailers, fashion boutique, duty free, specialty sports store owners and their staff.
WHAT IS THE ENTRY FEE?
After organising your Trade ID Badge, attendance to the Trade Show is free. Why not call a friend or colleague and come together?
DO I NEED TO PRE-ORDER MY TRADE ID BADGE TO ATTEND AS A VISITOR?
You may order your Trade ID Badge online in advance, or by attending the Exhibition and completing a simple form upon arrival (registration desks are open from 9:30am Friday 5 August and 8:30am Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 August).
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ORDER MY TRADE ID BADGE?
If you order your Trade ID Badge online you will receive an emailed confirmation that gives you a summary of your registered details. If you register on-line before August 1 2011 your trade ID badge will be posted to your in advance. If you register on-line after this date, you can collect your Trade ID badge upon arrival at the venue.
CAN I CHANGE MY TRADE ID BADGE DETAILS OR CHECK MY DETAILS?
Yes. Your can amend your details onsite at the registration desk at the entrance to the Exhibition upon arrival.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY TRADE ID BADGE ON THE DAY/S I ATTEND?
Go to the registration desk at the entrance to the Exhibition without filling out another registration form. Quote your surname and staff will print out a badge for you.
CAN I STILL ATTEND IF I HAVE NOT PRE-ORDERED MY ID BADGE BEFORE ARRIVING?
Yes, you are welcome to complete a simple form upon arrival then proceed to the registration desk at the entrance to the Exhibition. However we recommend registering prior to your arrival so that you can avoid any queues.
CAN I BRING MY FAMILY TO HAVE A LOOK?
ODMA 2011 is primarily a business event. However families and partners of trade professionals are permitted. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
ARE THERE CHILD-MINDING FACILITIES?
ODMA 2011 will offer free on-site crèche facilities during show opening hours. This service is set up to assist visitors with young families make the most of their visit to the Exhibition. Qualified and experienced childcare personnel will provide care and play equipment for children of registered trade visitors aged between 2 and 9 years. Maximum duration of care is 3 hours. (Please note - this service is subject to availability).
