Benefits:
Fast: Magna-Spin applies 1.5 lenses/min.
Magnetic driven rotation system provides a low friction point with less wear on motors and spin mechanisms.
Dual lacquer system allows for automatic choosing of lacquer for polycarbonate and CR39 lenses for optimized AR performance.
Robust design results in better up-time and higher yields

Satisloh to show ES-curve Industrial 5-Axis Edger
All-in-one lens machining system designed to create a new finishing profit center in your lab.

Features and Benefits:
Complex edging: ES-curve's unique capabilities allow edging the most complex Rx jobs with ease and to the highest of quality standards.
5-Axis processing: Based on proven technology from National Optronics, the articulating bevel, groove, and drilling process provides the best fit for even the most challenging shapes and wraps.
Lens milling: Process otherwise non Rx-able lenses for difficult but fashionable sport frames.
Multi cutting tools: 7 on-board tools for multi-task edging. Additional tools for complete edging capabilities can be programmed.
Lateral drilling: Expands drilling capabilities with the ability to drill into the lens edge.
High luster polish: Polishes flats, bevels, safety bevels and many specialty profiles with an unmatched luster quality.
AR edging: Unique roughing process reduces lens stress and torque making ES-curve ideal for delicate and slippageprone lens coatings.
Build new profits: Like AR or free-formprogressives, complex edging commands a premium and allows you to create a new profit center in your lab.
Compact design: Small footprint is ideal  for any size finishing lab. On-board vacuum system helps to minimize footprint.
Automation: Improve throughput and reduce labor cost with automation; avoid work sorting due to ES-curve's full range of edging capabilities.
Shape design software (optional) allows editing existing trace files or creating new complex designs quickly and efficiently.
OMA/VCA compatible

7E Edging System on show at Satisloh
Multifunctional 3D edging system with advanced drilling, grooving and polishing capabilities offering...

Versatility The 7E provides the widest range of functionalities and features of any table top edger in the industry. Its modular system allows configuration for each lab's individual needs. High wrap and complex bevelling capability .
High base lenses and complex shapes are handled proficiently with 7E's unique cutter design. The standard cutting system covers roughing, bevelling, polishing, grooving and safety bevels. Easily switch to the multi-fluted cutter, which provides four different bevel geometries and can be configured with a wide variety of specialty blades.
Small B edging  As a standard, 7E allows processing B measurements as low as 18 mm; the optional small B package expands B capabilities down to 16 mm while maintaining the ability to edge a full range of lenses.
Advanced clamping  The electric clamping system minimizes slippage and crazing with controlled clamping forces.
Green technology Environmentally friendly dry-cut technology eliminates water consumption and coolants without sacrificing product quality.
On-screen assist  The 7E features realtime process control. Integrated, intelligent software provides directional assistance for the operator. Access on-screen operations, maintenance and parts manuals with the touch of a button.

See it all on stand 105.
